A Recipe To The Best Kimbap

What You'll Need :
A sushi roller
4 sheets Nori (dried seaweed)
2 cups cooked rice
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp salt
Kimbap fillings : (main)
1 carrot, julienned
Cucumber, cut into long strips
2 eggs
Cooked bulgogi beef
1/2 pound of spinach, parboiled
Imitation crab
(filling suggestions - optional)
smoked salmon and cream cheese
kimchi and cheese
spam, mayo, and veggies
ham/sausage and cheese
tuna salad with romaine lettuce and cheese
freshed or seasoned vegetables (for vegetarians)
How To Make :
01 When rice is almost cooled, mix with sesame oil and salt.
02 Stir-fry carrot and cucumber (separately) with a dash of salt
03 Whisk egg until completely yellow and fry into flat omelette and cut into long strips
04 Using a sushi roller, lay the nori shiny side down and sprinkle a dash of salt
05 Spread about 1/2 cup of rice onto 2/3 of the nori leaving the 1/3 top bare
06 Lay the first ingredient down around 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of the nori then lay other fillings down on top

07 Roll from the bottom with the sushi roll
08 As you continue rolling, pull the whole thing down towards the end of the bamboo mat
09 Seal the seam with a tiny dab of water
10 Cut the roll into 7-8 pieces
